A Computerized Training Environment for

چکیده
The high cost associated with the training of forestry machine operators has led to the development of a computerized training environment for this task. Since the emphasis is on training instead of computer graphics, the degree of realism with which we present a forest scene, for example, must be balanced by the available computing power so that the operator's gestures may be reeected, in real time, as changes in the behavior of the simulated machine.
